AGRICULTURAL AND EQUESTRIAN PROJECTS

In addition to the residential, commercial and industrial work we undertake here at BBH we also have obtained planning permission for our clients for a variety of equestrian and agricultural uses.

Previous projects include securing planning approval and constructing equestrian stabling including tack room, hay, feed and machinery barns, and the creation of a sand and rubber topped all weather riding surface.

For the local farming community we have secured planning approval for many new barns for a variety of different uses ranging from livestock and machinery barns to a new open dairy building.

Often approval can be gained via a 28 day agricultural determination application, which will always be the quickest and easiest way to secure approval. However where this is not possible we will prepare full plans and elevations of the proposal and liaise and co-ordinate with other consultants such as ecologists, archaeologists and landscape architects to ensure a successful outcome.
