PAIGNTON SITES

Sanctuary Housing Association wishes to redevelop four sites within the Torbay area. The sites are currently owned by Sanctuary Housing Association and although largely vacant, currently consist  of 42 precast reinforced concrete houses. The existing properties have been identified as  beyond economic repair, and as such there is a desire to redevelop these sites.

BBH were approached to investigate the potential of increasing the density of the four sites by demolishing the existing properties and replacing with new dwellings and apartment buildings. BBH worked on a number of schemes and created sets of feasibility plans, elevations and sections for each site.
