This project (finished in 2012) included a two storey extension and refurbishment of a characteristic end of terrace property in Dartmouth.
Our clients wished to extend their property to provide a new master bedroom with en-suite, enlarged kitchen and dining area, as well as maximising views to both the Royal Naval College and river Dart. The design featured a large glazed lantern above the new dining area and a set of bi-fold doors leading out the new raised decking area complete with glass balustrade.
The project was undertaken by Ciaran McClennon Building Contractor and was completed on schedule.
