We were appointed to commission and build a new purpose built community hall for Stoke Fleming on a new site centrally positioned within the village.
The accommodation comprises of a large multipurpose main hall with stage and adjoining kitchen and store areas. There is then a second meeting room and new village library.
The building is constructed in a traditional manner, yet with modern materials with an emphasis on low maintenance requirements and robustness both internally and externally.
