Bonners Glen is a “brownfield” site of old “cornish unit” housing in Axminster, Dorset. This development comprised of 12 new units which were designed to meet the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes at compliance ‘Level 3’.
The palette of materials and form of the development reflects the principles that have been implemented elsewhere locally and present a durable and low maintenance design that, although simple, has been detailed to provide a contemporary architectural approach which we hope will lift aspirations and improve a sense of ownership for the residents.
