The site for this development comprises of a triangular piece of undeveloped land that lies to the North of Bonfire Hill, Salcombe.

The site has an extensive planning history and most recently this Northern part of the development site was granted an approval for the erection of 13 new dwelling houses with associated access road.

In order to facilitate the development of the site in accordance with our clients requirements and indeed to suit current market conditions it is their desire to progress the development in 3 phases with the first phase (Plots 8 – 13) being constructed first following completion of all initial infrastructure works, tree protection/hedgerow works and servicing to the site. Construction will then move on to Plots 6 and 7 (Started early 2012, and finally Plots 1 – 5 (Started Mid 2012).

The Buildings are of a contemporary design with modern materials and each is tailored through individual design to suit each plot position, which all have variations in aspect and level and as such each take on an individual character amongst the wider context.
