The original partnership of Baldock and Benns was established in 1976 and currently has offices in Dartmouth and Torquay. The partnership was incorporated in 1992 as BBH Chartered Architects Limited. Our multi-disciplinary practice builds predominantly in the South West of England, although we have undertaken projects in Oxford and London and have completed a number of large commercial projects in the Midlands.

We specialise in the rapid production of feasibility studies whether for an individual house, conversion, residential or commercial development. These include planning, Structural and cost implications. We also offer computer aided design and an in-house perspective and illustration service which allows us to meet your planning, marketing and promotional needs.
